Shipping Policy — Souk Al Amana

We ship across Lebanon and want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment it's in your hands.
1. Coverage Area
We currently deliver to all regions of Lebanon. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
2. Processing Time
Orders are prepared and handed to our courier within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location within Lebanon. Deliveries to more remote areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders above $50. Orders below that amount include a flat delivery fee, calculated at checkout.
5. Cash on Delivery
All orders are paid by Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. No payment is taken online.
6. Order Tracking

7. Delays
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by courier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier once your order has been handed over, but we're always happy to help track down a late order — just reach out.
8. Delivery Attempts & Refused Orders
Our courier will typically attempt delivery and may contact you to confirm before arriving. If a delivery can't be completed after reasonable attempts, or if you refuse the order on arrival, it may be returned to us; see our Refund Policy for how that's handled.
